Bob Krčil Exhibition from exile

The artistic solution works with the visualization of the uncertainty, instability in the life of a young émigré photographer. Only a selected series of his works were usually hung on the walls of the Prague City Gallery's Gold Ring House in Prague. We exhibited other works, placing them on extended shelves, on plinths, placed on tables. After the introductory biographical, cramped, narrow hallway, individual thematic cycles that were created after leaving Czechoslovakia continue in the disparate basement spaces. The method of installation is reminiscent of personal experiences from a temporary, improvised lifestyle. Similarly, the line of Bohumil "Bob" Krčila's personal story is part of the experience of viewing his photographs..
